Orders received by 2:30 PM are despatched the same day! (working days only). Goods normally arrive the following day after despatch, but due to Covid-19 please allow a delivery period of up to 3 working days from purchase. (Subject to stock availability).
Orders over £30 are deemed carriage paid for UK mainland, orders under £30 will be subject to a carriage charge of £3.99.
Damaged Goods/Delivery Queries
In the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, or if you have any discrepancies on your delivery, this must be reported to our sales team within 24 hours of the receipt of the package, who will resolve this for you accordingly. If a parcel is damaged on receipt, please sign for the parcel as damaged and the parcel (with packing and contents) should be retained for inspection.
Returns must be arranged in advance with our Sales Team who will issue the appropriate paperwork to ensure full traceability of the products returned. Alternatively we may arrange for the item(s) to be returned via a visit from your local sales representative. A credit will be issued once we have received and checked the return.
The Buyer may only cancel orders with the prior written consent of Life Healthcare. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of orders in all situations and in particular in the case where Goods are ready to be despatched to the Buyer, or have been despatched to the Buyer.
Life Healthcare will not accept return of Goods where such Goods have been correctly supplied to order to the Buyer. The Seller may voluntarily agree to a return of Goods but this will only be with Life Healthcare’ consent and we will not in any event be obliged to accept the return of Goods.
